How to choose nm500 wear-resistant steel plate
Notes on selecting nm500 wear-resistant steel plate:
1. Choose the appropriate material. nm500 wear-resistant steel plate is generally used for material handling under medium impact, medium speed and medium load. For operations that are subject to large impacts and vibrations, the use of cast or tempered high-strength steel plates should be considered.
2. Choose specifications reasonably according to the purpose. Depending on the use, nm500 wear-resistant plates can be supplied as hot-rolled coils (thickness 6mm-150mm) and cold-rolled coils (thickness 0.15mm-3.0mm).
3. Pay attention to product standards. At present, the nm400/450/500 alloy structural steel produced in my country complies with gbt700-2006 "Alloy Structural Steel". In this standard, ordinary low-alloy high-strength structural steel is divided into 5 grades: q295, q345r, 20mn2, 16mnr, 14mnnmoa and 10crmo910.
4. Pay attention to product status. When producing nm400/450/500 alloy structural steel, it usually requires annealing treatment, that is, heating to 1150~1250°C, holding for a period of time, and then cooling in a cooling medium such as air and water.
5. Pay attention to surface quality. In order to prevent rust, processed parts should be packed in anti-rust packaging during the specified storage period.
